I, Ben Tham, the mastermind behind SetiaMovers, have always been renowned for my meticulous attention to detail and my knack for finding inventive solutions to everyday problems. Growing up in a modest Malaysia family, I developed a strong work ethic and an unyielding determination to overcome obstacles from a young age.

Even before the establishment of SetiaMovers in 2008, I had already acquired extensive experience in the logistics industry. I worked for various moving companies and witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies and frustrations that customers encountered during relocations and logistics. There was an evident disparity between customer expectations and the quality of service being provided.

Motivated by this realization, I took matters into my own hands and embarked on a mission to revolutionize the moving industry. I recognized the urgent need for a dependable and customer-centric logistics company that prioritized integrity, efficiency, and professionalism. With this vision in mind, I founded SetiaMovers with a straightforward yet powerful objective: to deliver seamless, stress-free, and personalized moving experiences to our clients.

SetiaMovers is a relocation and storage company that was founded in 2008. The company began its operations with a vision to provide efficient and reliable relocation services, as well as storage facilities.


From 2009 to 2011, SetiaMovers steadily built its reputation in the market by delivering top-notch relocation services. The company gained a loyal customer base who appreciated its  efficiency and reliability. I invested in training my staff to  ensure exceptional customer service.


As positive word-of-mouth spread, SetiaMovers experienced a surge in demand for its services from 2012 to 2014. To meet the  increasing customer needs, the company expanded its team. With a focus on client satisfaction, SetiaMovers established itself as a trusted name in the industry.


In 2015, SetiaMovers leveraged its success by introducing storage facilities to accommodate customers' evolving needs. This  strategic move set the company apart from competitors and positioned it as a comprehensive solution provider in the relocation industry.

Our mission is to revolutionize the moving industry by  incorporating blockchain technology and AI solutions, while our vision is to provide a technologically advanced and customer-centric approach.The integration of blockchain technology into our operations  holds great significance for us. It enables transparency, security, and traceability in all transactions related to  the moving process. By  implementing a decentralized platform, we can securely  record and verify these transactions, eliminating the risk  of fraudulent activities.
